Top Stars Talent International has been founded by Ms. Olga Radlynska Naudot, President of Top Stars Group International, back in 2007.

It includes Top Stars Talent( an elite boutique talent management company and an international chain of Talent Development centers), Top Stars Air (Business Jet Charter and Management Company) and Top Stars Talent Festival, an International Festival for Performers from around the world. Top Stars World, a Luxury Lifestyle and Fashion e-journal, has been launched in 2014 as well. 

With over 27 years in the Fashion and Entertainment Industry overall, she has a magic touch in putting the Top Industry Professionals and the Talent together. Having been a successful Talent Director at International Talent Development Companies, Ms. NAUDOT has established great connections and has built great and productive relationships in the Entertainment industry in Europe, Asia and the USA.  

She has been a part of  a career launch of such Young Stars as Ashley Greene of Hot  Saga "Twilight", Daniel Goldman of "Dexter", Teyona Anderson of Elite Modeling Agency and the  Winner of America's Next Top Model among many others. All the while building strong relationships with such companies as Ikon Models, Elite, Ford, Warner Brothers, HBO, Showtime, ABC, Disney, etc.

Ms. NAUDOT has been an avid supporter of international relations organizations and has been a member of the Sister Cities International as well as the Fashion Group International since 2005. She is a member of the International Ladies Club of Macau and the International Women of Istanbul. Ms. Olga NAUDOT has been a proud and active member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce since 2019. She is a member of the Europe and Americas' Committees at the HKGCC as well as an avid supporter of various fashion and performing arts organizations in her home countries.
